We aim to provide childcare of the highest quality with the knowledge that every child is unique and will thrive in an environment that is happy and secure. We will provide an environment that plays a key role in supporting and extending children’s development with opportunities to encourage physical, intellectual, emotional and social development. We aim to meet the needs of children both physically and emotionally, thereby enabling them to take advantage of the extensive play and learning opportunities we provide.
We aim to establish a close partnership with parents with daily interaction, consultation and feedback, daily reports, written observations from nursery and parents, Initial Assessments, My Learning Journey Passport, My Learning Journey Termly Report, Observations, monthly newsletter, parent and child mornings, concerts and parents’ evenings are valued supports to underpin this important relationship.
We have four qualified teachers working at the nursery. They are enthusiastic and dedicated to providing exceptional childcare. All our other staff are qualified in childcare and from a wide variety of backgrounds. Staff training is ongoing both internally and externally, thereby constantly improving quality and consistency of care. Quality improvement is a continuous process at Tiny Toes. Our dedicated, enthusiastic Manager has been with us for fifteen years and the majority of our staff have been with us for over ten years, which is a key factor in providing an environment of consistency and security for children.
